Langarth Garden Village will be a vibrant, connected, sustainable and well planned community for between 8,000 and 10,000 residents of Cornwall. It will have local character, strong services, and integrated and accessible transport and green spaces.
Home to people of different ages and lifestyles, Langarth will provide a mix of housing sizes, types and tenures to meet local needs.
AHR Bristol were assigned to design the masterplan. Wyrd Tree teamed up with AHR, providing the visual communication at various stages of the development. C F Moller’s award-winning entry for ‘Re-Imagining the Garden City’, on which we have also assisted with, directly informed the architectural and landscape design for this project.
In June 20201, Langarth Garden Village was shortlisted in the Constructing Excellence South West Awards 2021 for the Integration & Collaborative Working Award.
