Lipton Plant submits plans for Bromley housing

Lipton Plant Architects has submitted proposals for a green belt development of 13 net-zero carbon homes in Bromley, Chislehurs,t laid out in a petal-like plan.

The proposal for Conegate Developments sits within the setting of a Grade II-listed house, Frogpool Manor, in Kent.

As well as replacing underused commercial and storage buildings on the site, Lipton Plant’s scheme will repair the listed manor house, extend a listed cottage and replace the gatehouse.

Together with Lipton Plant Architects, WyrdTree communicated the visual design for this highly conceptual housing plan.
